When it comes to making movies about the healing power of music there’s no one better than John Carney. At Screen Scene we had the pleasure of work with him on his latest film Flora & Son. It’s a heart-warming story about how even the most troubled relationships can be salvaged when you find a common ground.
Starring Eve Hewson, Jack Reynor, Joseph Gordon- Levitt and newcomer Orén Kinlan, this feel good charmer, steeped in Irish humour won over audiences at its premier in Sundance and was subsequently acquired by Apple TV+. We would like to wish everyone involved a big congratulations.
